Edward Hutley, Director Hutley Investments Ltd
Edward co-founded Hutley Investments Ltd in 2003. With over 22 years of business experience Edward commenced his property investment career with Savills, London, where he was directly responsible for the land assembly of Canary Wharf for Morgan Stanley and CSFB. Following this, he worked for Northbourne Developments located in Sydney, Australia, where he oversaw the development of a 1.5 million sq ft office and retail scheme. This included 1 O'Connell Street, Sydney, a 44-storey office tower let to HSBC. He was also involved in the construction of the National Capital Centre in Canberra.
On returning to the UK in 1988, Edward was appointed Managing Director of the Hutley Family Group and was responsible for purchasing investment property and assembling development sites.
