Tollgate Shopping Centre, Smethwick
Mainly retail development bought as a joint venture. The 2.7 acre development was constructed in the 1970's and fell in to urban decay with most of the units empty and a Section 146 Notice served on the previous owners.
The centre has been re-developed and as a result of the works was nominated and won "The Most Challenging Regeneration Award" at the Regeneration Awards 2005. The property is now fully let to 25 new tenants and is helping to regenerate the centre of Smethwick.
This property was sold in February 2006.
