Hutley Investments & Ashdown Capital have recently completed in the handover of the development of 65 Woodbridge Road to Standard Life Investments.
This development has been brought from initial site purchase to a site with full planning and cost certainty by Hutley Investments, Standard Life Investments have now taken over the construction of the development, but with an ongoing involvement from Hutley Investments.
The development will comprise a new state of the art headquarters office building arranged on basement, ground and three upper floors comprising approximately 31,253 Sq ft (2,968 sq m) in a town centre location. It will provide high quality Grade ‘A’ air conditioned office accommodation and will utilise renewable energy sources to reduce the carbon footprint, for example heat recovery technology, the first of its kind in Guildford.
The Property is located on the east side of Woodbridge Road, the major arterial route running through Guildford town centre.
