Nick Hutley, Director Hutley Investments Ltd
Nick co-founded Hutley Investments Ltd in 2003. Nick has 24 years experience of property management and investment within the UK and Australia. Prior to setting up Hutley Investments Ltd he worked for the Hutley Family Group and was responsible for adding to its commercial portfolio in the UK, as well has having responsibility for the Group's agricultural interests and Australian developments.
Nick brings a wealth of financial experience to the company having spent over 4 years with the stock broking firm Foster Braithwaite Limited within the Corporate Finance Department. He was also a Founder Director of Denewide Limited, which later became Wessex Trust Plc and was floated on the London Stock Exchange in 1995.
